Organizational Assessments of Cultural Competency

The Center for Health Futures (a member of the CFPHD) conducts assessments of organizations’ cultural competency relative to the community that it serves, including:

• Assessment of the needs of and resources available to your patients/clients
• Assessment of your health and social service providers’ interpretation, translation and cultural competency skills
• Development and implementation of strategies to improve cultural and linguistic services
